Decorative Quartz Floors

Decorative quartz floors are a high-performance concrete coating system designed for spaces that demand exceptional durability, slip resistance, and visual appeal. These floors are commonly installed in commercial, industrial, and institutional environments where safety and strength are critical, but a more refined, decorative finish is preferred over a standard solid color floor.

This flooring system combines colored quartz aggregate with advanced resin technology to create a dense, seamless surface that stands up to heavy foot traffic, equipment, moisture, and harsh conditions. Decorative quartz floors are especially well-suited for areas such as locker rooms, restrooms, kitchens, laboratories, retail spaces, lobbies, and pool decks where traction and cleanliness are essential.

Every decorative quartz installation begins with proper concrete surface preparation. The slab is mechanically ground to remove contaminants and create the ideal surface profile for maximum adhesion. Once prepared, a high-performance epoxy or polyaspartic base coat is applied. While the coating is still wet, decorative quartz sand is broadcast evenly across the surface, creating a textured, slip-resistant layer.

After curing, excess quartz is removed and the floor is sealed with a durable, chemical- and moisture-resistant topcoat. This final layer locks in the aggregate, enhances durability, and provides a smooth yet slip-resistant finish that is easy to clean and maintain. The result is a flooring system that resists stains, impacts, and abrasion while maintaining its appearance over time.

Decorative quartz floors offer a wide selection of color blends and design options, allowing you to match your brand, facility design, or aesthetic goals. Compared to solid color floors, quartz systems add depth, texture, and visual interest without sacrificing performance.

For facilities that need strength, safety, and style, decorative quartz floors provide a long-lasting, attractive solution built to perform in demanding environments.
