CeeJay Schultz, Owner
CeeJay entered the construction industry at just 18, beginning as a general laborer for a local excavation company. Early on, he recognized his long-term commitment to the trade and pursued steady advancement. After a serious workplace accident that nearly cost him his arm, CeeJay made the decision to further his education and transition into a project engineer role. Following the completion of his schooling, he was promoted within his company, where he consistently excelled as both a project engineer and manager.
CeeJay discovered his passion for concrete coating and polishing while working on his parents’ home. Combining this hands-on experience with his technical background and leadership skills, he felt confident launching his own business. Inspired by a family of entrepreneurs, he took the leap and founded Wolf Concrete Coatings in 2022. Today, CeeJay takes pride in delivering high-quality work and finds genuine fulfillment in exceeding customer expectations.
